Information on the protection and processing of personal data

Business company Adjusthink s. r. o., ID No.: 10716262, with registered office in Brno - Staré Brno, Bezručova 90/22, Postal Code 602 00, as the controller of the personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller") provided by the data subject, undertakes to process such confidential personal data in accordance with the law, in particular in the sense of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.

Thecontroller declares that the personal data provided are confidential, obtained on the basis of a concluded contract or expressed consent to the processing of personal data. The data provided will be used for the performance of the contract, for marketing purposes, or for the purpose of fulfilling a legal obligation under applicable law. All personal data is provided voluntarily with the consent of the data subject, in particular name, surname / business name, title / function, date of birth / ID number, residence / registered office, e-mail, telephone number. The Controller reserves the right to use non-personal data provided by the data subject based on the use of online tools such as the Controller's website, social networks, online marketing and other third party applications used by the Controller for business purposes, in particular information relating to hardware, software, location and IP address.

The personal data provided will not be disclosed or provided to third parties or third countries, except as set out below. Possible recipients of personal data, other than employees of the controller, may be public authorities, providers of maintenance of information systems, providers of processing software, services and applications. The data controller shall act in such a way that the data subject does not suffer any harm to his or her rights and, at the same time, protects the data subject's personal data against unauthorised interference.

The data subject grants the controller consent to the processing of personal data for the duration of the contract or until the data subject objects to the processing of personal data. The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time shall not apply if the personal data are processed for the performance of a contract or the fulfilment of a legal obligation, and not on the basis of the consent given.

The data subject acknowledges that the personal data provided to the controller are disclosed voluntarily, including for marketing purposes. The consent given to the controller is valid until the data subject withdraws the consent.

The data subject has the right under Article 13(2)(b) of the Regulation to access his or her personal data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and the right to object.
